I invented Lisa, our AI Recruiter Agent, and have grown Alfa with backing from leading investors at a $6M+ valuation. Before becoming a founder, I was a UK National Lead at Hays Recruitment, giving me firsthand experience with how recruiting works at scale and where technology can fundamentally improve it. I also host DECODED, a business podcast with 200+ episodes and millions of views, featuring guests including Harry Stebbings, DHH, and leaders from Microsoft and Amazon. Alongside building Alfa, I’m an angel investor in early-stage European software companies and the author of Trust in Alfa.
