About me

Founder of GraspingAI | AI Product Strategist & Human-AI Interaction Specialist (ex-Google, Meta) | PhD in Philosophy I help teams design AI systems that people can understand, trust, and use effectively. My work sits at the intersection of AI strategy, product thinking, human–AI interaction, and usability research — helping organizations make clearer decisions about AI products, workflows, and human-centered user experience. Over 15+ years in tech (Google, Meta Reality Labs, X/The Moonshot Factory, Native Instruments), I’ve led research and strategy initiatives for AI-first products, LLM interfaces, automation systems, and high-stakes decision environments. At Google, I helped develop LLM projection-mitigation standards, created the Taxonomy of Social Benefits in AI for the Chief Legal Officer, and led global UX research for the DMA Choice Screens across Search, Chrome, and Android. At Loon, I created a Human–Automation Teaming framework that influenced aerospace and regulatory thinking around large-scale autonomous systems. A major focus of my work is understanding how interface design shapes user expectations, trust, and perceived intelligence in AI systems. Through GraspingAI, I advise founders, product leaders, and researchers on: • AI product strategy & human-centered design • Human–AI interaction and trust in LLM systems • Product validation, usability, and decision-making • AI workflows, organizational enablement, and evaluation • Research strategy, measurement, and insight systems • Career transitions into AI, UX, and senior IC leadership I’m especially helpful for teams trying to cut through AI hype and make grounded decisions about what should actually be built, how people will use it, and where AI meaningfully creates value. If you’re refining an AI product, evaluating a new capability, or navigating complex human–AI interaction challenges, I can help bring strategic clarity, grounded research thinking, and user-centered perspective to the process.

You'll get advice on

  • AI, Product Strategy & Human-Centered Design
  • Designing trustworthy, user-aligned AI products
