Anastasia Patsouri

Anastasia Patsouri is a Business Coach, Startup Mentor, Development Economist, and PhD candidate at TU Berlin’s Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. She brings 12 years of experience across the startup world, diplomacy, and academia, combining hands-on business expertise with academic research across sectors such as sustainable mobility, health-tech transport, solar energy, edtech, art tech, femtech, real estate, film, and the maritime industry. In her startup career, she has held roles including Country Manager, Strategist, Data Analyst, Recruiter, HR Manager, and Senior Business Development & Sales Manager, with a strong focus on B2B and B2G markets. She has often worked closely with founders and taken responsibility for key business areas. Previous companies include Moxi, door2door, Echorroes, Microenergy International. Today, she supports a diverse startup portfolio through business coaching, mentoring, 1:1 “Business Therapy” sessions, and workshops with incubators and startup programmes. She helps founders move from validation and exploration to commercialisation and growth through data-driven and sustainability-oriented strategies. Her clients and partners include Science & Startups, TU Berlin, RWTH Aachen, Pioneers Club, Impact Hub, HPI Engine, the University of Potsdam, AvantNow, BIA Accelerator and more. Anastasia holds an MSc in Environmental, Disaster and Crisis Management and a Diploma in Economic Science from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her current PhD research explores how startups shape urban areas and generate wider economic, social, and geographic impact, with a particular focus on academic startups in Brazil and their sustainability. Originally from Athens, Greece, she is based in Berlin, Germany.
