I love what I do. I build companies, create value, and challenge the way things are done and thought about. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve founded and grown businesses from idea to scale, through difficult phases and ultimately to successful exits. But what drives me most isn’t building companies for the sake of it—it’s building environments where people can grow, take responsibility, and do work they genuinely care about. Today, I bring that experience to founders, entrepreneurs, leaders, and people navigating change. As a sparring partner, mentor, and entrepreneur, I help people see possibilities, find clarity, and turn fear and uncertainty into trust, confidence, and action. I believe in meeting people at eye level, without judgment, and in creating the space for them to discover what they are truly capable of.
