As CEO of Hera.Build, I help mid-to-large companies turn customer conversations into strategic intelligence, reducing churn, improving CX, and making better decisions with AI. My path goes from hands-on engineering to C-level leadership. I was part of the founding team of Twilio LATAM, building the region from zero to multi-million revenue while scaling teams across Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and the United States. In 2024 I founded Hera.Build, a no-code AI platform that helps companies enhance customer satisfaction by unifying fragmented data spread across the entire customer journey. In 2025 I was recognized as one of the Women to Watch Brasil and a leading reference in Artificial Intelligence in the region. I believe AI should amplify human intelligence, not replace it.
