I specialize in
“I help people land at top-tier MBA programs, build companies and raise funding.”
Background & Highlights
In just three years, I've built a coaching advisory practice zero to $500k in annual net income. Each year on Leland, my MBA coaching practice has doubled, working with hundreds of clients spanning 30+ countries. With 150+ testimonials via Leland, leading a platform of 3000+ coaches for three straight years across all categories, I've built an outcomes-driven line of work through a combination of 1:1 coaching, classes, events and digital content. I'm now taking on 3-5 coaches to help them build their coaching practices, focusing on individuals hoping to move from five to six figures in revenue. I've paired my coaching work with startup fundraising, city policy, writing and working alongside multiple founders to scale and develop their products from the earliest stages of development. Collectively, I've helped 10 different startups raise over $80M in seed through Series A rounds, specializing in cybersecurity, biotech and labor marketplaces. Prior to coaching, I was a consultant at McKinsey, then moved into Economic Development Policy for the City of Chicago under Mayor Rahm Emanuel before earning an MBA at Stanford (Class of '21). I also hold an B.A. from WashU in St. Louis in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology and Economics.
