I’m a driven entrepreneur and investor passionate about using technology to create meaningful impact. Before founding Tespack, I worked with the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, gaining first-hand experience in international relations, development cooperation, and government-led innovation initiatives: an experience that shaped my understanding of global markets and cross-sector collaboration. As Co-founder of Tespack, a smart energy tech company empowering off-grid regions with access to energy and connectivity, I’ve had the privilege of working with global partners such as UNICEF, UNDP, and Save the Children. My journey in building Tespack has strengthened my expertise in business development, go-to-market strategy, scaling to emerging markets, and closing high-impact partnerships across governments, NGOs, and corporations worldwide. Today, I bring that entrepreneurial experience to the investment side as a Senior Investment Manager at Spintop Ventures, one of the oldest VC funds in the Nordics, currently investing from its €100M fourth fund, backing early-stage, software-driven startups across the New Nordics. In parallel, I support deep-tech innovation in Europe as a jury member for the EIC STEP Scale-Up program, in evaluating and funding breakthrough companies with €10M–€30M investments, while also being an evaluator of potential startup funding and investments for EIT and Climate KIC programs. I enjoy mentoring and supporting founders and currently work as a mentor with EIT and Supernovas programs. Recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe honoree and Top Global Changemaker by IUCN, I’m also an experienced public speaker, having spoken at leading global events such as the Forbes Fintech Summit, WTO Public Annual Forum, ChangeNOW, and Slush.
