I co-founded Rallyteam, a venture-backed HR tech company that was acquired by Workday in 2018, and since then I’ve focused on advising and investing in high-potential startups. Through Sher Ventures, I’ve invested in 20+ companies since 2023 across AI, consumer, and deeptech, and I also represent a family office deploying capital into early-stage opportunities.
