I’ve sat on both sides of the table, and that shapes how I invest. Before becoming an early-stage investor, I built a company from scratch and kept it profitable for six years, then stepped into executive roles at Binance and ProSiebenSat.1, where I ran product teams across borders and markets. I know what it takes to get from first prototype to real revenue, and how often the hardest problems are about people rather than product. Today I put that experience to work for founders through Dracoon Ventures, the syndicate I co-founded to back early-stage startups in AI, Web3, and gaming. Syndicate members get access to deals alongside me, and the founders we back get hands-on help with tokenomics, fundraising, and partnerships. My doctoral work in organizational behavior also led me to co-found Provocation Lab, where we explore how humans and AI can work together as real teammates. Away from screens, you’ll find me practicing Kendo, where I hold a 4th dan.
