About me

Henry Majed is a social entrepreneur, educator and corporate advisor specialised in applying systems approaches to address complex social challenges. His work empowers leaders and their organisations to drive innovation and scale impact for a better future. Over 1,500 hrs of coaching and mentoring for executive and emerging leaders completed pre-Hubble. He was previously co-founder and ceo of a pioneering vc backed (B2B Enterprise SaaS) digital health platform and led an award-winning alliance of multinationals to drive innovation at scale and accelerate ambitious sustainability goals. Prior, he held senior roles at Mars, Johnson & Johnson, 20th Century Fox and as an advisor to World Health organisation (WHO). Henry served as a Visiting Fellow at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at Said Business School, University of Oxford where he continues to lead programmes on systems leadership, strategy & innovation and sustainability. He is an advisor to corporate leaders and venture backed startups and regular keynote speaker on leading through uncertainty and sustainable innovation across industry and academia. He completed his PhD in neuroscience at the University of Cambridge and MBA at the University of Oxford.
