Henry Majed

Henry Majed is a serial entrepreneur, educator and executive mentor specialising in systems leadership, innovation and scaling ventures. He helps founders and senior leaders navigate uncertainty, sharpen strategy, build high-value partnerships and turn ambitious ideas into scalable impact. His VC-backed ventures span FinTech/AI, HealthTech and ClimateTech. He previously co-founded and led a pioneering B2B digital health company and led an award-winning alliance of major corporates accelerating innovation and ambitious sustainability goals. Earlier in his career, Henry held senior roles at Mars, Johnson & Johnson and 20th Century Fox, and advised the World Health Organization. Henry teaches leadership, innovation, strategy and entrepreneurship at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He advises scaling ventures and senior leaders, is an international keynote speaker on leading through uncertainty, and has delivered 1,500+ hours of executive coaching and mentoring. He holds a PhD in Neuroscience from Cambridge and an MBA from Oxford.
