VC, Startups & Family Office | Operator | Investor & LP Relations @ Slush I’ve spent the past several years operating at the intersection of venture capital, deep tech, and family office investing — supporting funds, founders, and LPs across both Europe and the U.S. Most recently, I completed a full-time role with Ultratech Capital Partners and the Damazein family office, where I focused on execution in dual-use and critical technologies including quantum, advanced energy systems, AI, semiconductors, advanced materials, aerospace, and secure networks. My work spanned everything from Fund II strategy and portfolio operations to deal flow, diligence, and cross-border execution. The role was hybrid across London and New York, supporting both institutional discipline and fast-moving private capital decision-making. I bring 5+ years of experience across venture capital, B2B SaaS startups (Seed–Series B), and investor relations — plus a year working directly with a single-family office. Earlier in my career, I worked in consulting at McKinsey on aviation and strategy projects, sharpening my ability to operate in highly technical, regulated, and global environments. I currently serve on the board of one aerospace startup and three manufacturing startups, helping founders navigate everything from GTM and product strategy to capital planning and investor communications. I hold two degrees from Columbia University and speak four languages (French, Italian, Croatian, and German).
