I’m an operating executive and multi-company founder with over 20 years of experience building and scaling businesses across manufacturing, construction, marketing, field services, and technology. I spent 15 years founding and leading Tenshon, a structural shade manufacturing company that grew from zero into a national enterprise supplier, delivering complex projects for companies like Apple, Google, Royal Caribbean, Caterpillar, SC Johnson, and Texas Instruments. I led full P&L, multi-state field operations, and global supply chains, with installations across nearly every continent, before exiting the business in 2023. More recently, I founded Tdooz, a home services operations platform, where I designed the full operating model across vendor onboarding, scheduling systems, and subscription-based delivery. I’m also a lawyer by training, which shapes how I approach risk, structure, and decision-making.
