My background combines investing with hands-on operating experience, giving me perspective on both building companies and backing them. Before venture, I worked at HealthXL, a global health innovation platform that was later acquired, and at Grey Innovation, where I helped venture build new companies and technologies. I also come from a biomedical science background, which gives me a strong foundation for evaluating scientific and healthcare innovation alongside commercial opportunity.
